Is StuidoRH a solo operation?
Yes. StudioRH is the DBA that Ryan Hallak (contractor) operates under. With that being said, there are some projects that may include partners or other technical contractors to help achieve the project goals (developers, marketing experts, etc.). These team members are never "behind the scenes".
* Additional team members will always be discussed, disclosed and introduced to the client for approval.
I'm an agency or freelancer. Are you open to partnerships?
StudioRH is always open to partnerships - as long as your freelance operation or agency is in good standing with past and current clients, and that there is a reciprocal benefit for both parties.

How does billing work? Is Ryan a 1099 employee?
Billing is flexible and dependent on the client and nature of the project. In some scenarios, if it is just Ryan working on your project, 1099 is an option.
Alternatively, you can make payments via bank transfer or credit card directly to StudioRH. This usually allows for more flexibility for all parties.
Most projects will be hourly or by retainer - with few exceptions made for a "per milestone" basis.
