Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Software Engineer to support our frontend and backend development efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with Ryan to bring digital experiences to life, contributing to both internal tools and client projects. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a creative, design-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist in building and maintaining web applications using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue)
• Support basic backend tasks (e.g., APIs, databases) as needed
• Translate high-fidelity designs into responsive, accessible code
• Work with Ryan and client teams to iterate and refine features

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in software development (internships and personal projects count!)
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one frontend framework (React preferred)
• Strong interest in UX/UI and product design
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and contribute proactively
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Bonus

• Local to the Tampa, FL or New York City, NY area
• Experience with version control (Git)
• Basic understanding of REST APIs or GraphQL
• Interest in design systems or animation frameworks
• Exposure to Figma or other design tools
