We’re a small, award-winning UX/UI design studio crafting digital products that are as beautiful as they are usable. Our tight-knit team blends design thinking with agile development to deliver modern, intuitive interfaces for startups and growing companies.
You’ll serve as the primary marketing lead for a long-term client, managing their marketing strategy, execution, and performance. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Own and drive the client's marketing roadmap across digital channels (email, social, web, paid, content)
• Develop and execute campaigns to support product launches, events, and brand awareness
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, development) and the client’s leadership
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for growth and engagement
• Manage content calendars, oversee creative development, and ensure consistent brand voice
• Identify growth opportunities and help the client scale their marketing capabilities
• 6+ years of marketing experience, ideally in digital-first or B2B environments
• Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel campaigns
•Strong understanding of marketing analytics and tools (GA4, HubSpot, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in managing client relationships and presenting ideas to stakeholders
• Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to changing needs
• Local to the Tampa, FL or New York City, NY area
• Experience working with SaaS, tech, or startup clients
• Familiarity with UX principles and collaborating with design teams
• SEO/content strategy experience
• Light design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma)
